All our programs are based on intensive Training Sessions, built on the level of the players and aiming to give them a real improvement of their performance.
We strongly believe that the talent of each players strongly depends on the training he receives.
That’s why every morning of our tours is dedicated to a two-hour Pro Training with our Uefa Coaches.
Our Technical Team
Fernando Tasciotti
Technical Director & Coach
Fernando is in charge of the relations with the Italian Pro Clubs and the Scouting Managers.
He also values the players’ level, organising the planning of the friendly matches against the Pro Clubs.

Uefa B Trainer, he has a long experience in Pro clubs like Frosinone and Empoli, with a wide network of collaborations and connections with Football Professionals.
Gianni Testa
Vice Technical Director and Uefa B Coach
Gianni is a former professional player. He is responsible for training programs and values with Fernando the players’ performance, creating specific sessions of technical growth.

When he was a player, Gianni scored more than 250 times. Now he is a top coach, training young players of central Italy.
Paolo Corsetti
Uefa B Coach
Paolo has been a coach for 12 years. He works for youth sectors as match analyst. He worked for pro Clubs in Spain and Italy.

Our Programs are based on friendly matches, trials and showcase with Italian Pro Clubs.
Wanting to give the best experience, after valuing the level of the players, we plan an intensive stay of friendly matches with the Clubs that match the performance, creating real occasion of growth.
During each match the scouting managers collaborating with us are invited to attend the game.
